1. Return & Exchange Period

  • No-reason return or exchange: You may apply for a no-reason return or exchange within 30 days from the date you receive the product.
  • Return or exchange due to quality issues: Returns or exchanges due to product quality issues (e.g., fabric defects, mounting damage, etc.) have no time limitation (valid proof required).

2. Conditions for Return & Exchange
Acceptable cases:

  • The product is unused, without stains, wear, or damage, with original tags and packaging intact.
  • The product has quality issues (e.g., fabric weaving defects, structural problems with mounting, significant color discrepancies, etc.).
  • Wrong product, color, or quantity was shipped.

Cases not accepted:

  • The product has been used, installed, washed, or damaged due to personal mishandling (e.g., scratches, stains).
  • Damage caused by abnormal use.
  • The 30-day no-reason return/exchange period has expired (except for quality issues).

3. Return & Exchange Process

  • Contact Customer Service: Email us at info@3rdgallery.com with your order number, reason for return/exchange, and photo evidence (if applicable for quality issues).
  • Review & Confirmation: We will respond within 48 hours to confirm whether your return/exchange request is approved.
  • Ship Back the Product: Place the product in its original packaging (or equivalent protective packaging), include the return form (indicating the order number), and ship to the specified address. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service and keeping the tracking number.

4. Refund & Exchange Processing

  • Refund: After the returned product is inspected and accepted, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Return Shipping Cost: Return shipping costs for no-reason returns/exchanges are borne by the customer. If the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong product shipped) or product quality issues, we will cover the return shipping cost.
  • Exchange: After confirming the product issue, we will ship a new product of the same model free of charge (if stock is unavailable, we can discuss exchanging for a different style or a refund).

5. Quality Guarantee

  • All woven art pieces come with a one-year quality guarantee, covering issues resulting from craftsmanship or material defects, such as: frame cracking, non-human-caused fabric tearing, etc.
  • Proof of purchase (electronic order or invoice) is required when applying for the quality guarantee service.
