1. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to the following countries:
United Arab Emirates, Austria, Australia, Belgium, Canada, Switzerland, Czech Republic, Germany, Denmark, Spain, Finland, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Malaysia, Netherlands, Norway, New Zealand, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Singapore, United States.

Shipping to certain locations within these countries may occasionally be unavailable due to factors such as:
• Oversized package dimensions
• Restrictive customs policies in some regions

Remote / hard-to-reach areas
In rare cases, some remote or hard-to-reach locations may require an additional delivery confirmation. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you within 24–48 hours after purchase to confirm the delivery details. If delivery is not possible, we will issue a full refund.

Customs & Import Duties:
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or related fees required by their country. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.

2. Shipping Costs
We are delighted to offer Free Worldwide Shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase required. All shipments are delivered via air freight to ensure timely delivery to your door.

Rural or remote area surcharges may apply for some locations. Any additional fees will be communicated and confirmed with you before order shipment.

3. Delivery Times
All orders are shipped via air freight to ensure the safest and most efficient delivery.

General Timeline:
• Order Confirmation: Sent via email shortly after checkout (please check your spam folder if not received)
• Order Processing: Please allow 3-7 business days (Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays) for us to carefully prepare and package your artwork
• Transit Time: Once shipped, delivery typically takes 7-10 business days (Monday - Friday) to most destinations

Please note that the total delivery time = Order Processing Time + Transit Time. Delays due to customs clearance are possible and beyond our control.

4. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your package's journey in real-time.

5. Customs Clearance
Please note that international shipments must clear customs. This process may add additional time to the estimated transit period and is beyond our control. Please check with your local customs office for specific import regulations.

6. Damaged Items
We package each piece with great care to ensure safe delivery. In the unlikely event your order arrives damaged:
• Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@3rdgallery.com
• Provide evidence by including clear photos of the damaged product and all packaging materials
• We will resolve the issue by arranging a replacement or refund after evaluating the situation
