1. Returns & Refunds (Change of Mind)

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of receiving the item.

 

  • Process: Please contact our customer service team at info@3rdgallery.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 48 hours with return instructions and any necessary documentation.
  • Condition: Items must be returned in their original, undamaged packaging and in re-saleable condition (unused, unassembled, and with all tags attached).
  • Refund: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping Cost: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. The initial shipping cost is non-refundable.

 

2. Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to follow the return process above for the item you wish to send back and place a new order for the desired product on our website.

 

3. Order Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

  • Before Shipment: If your order has not yet been shipped from our warehouse, we will cancel it free of charge and issue a full refund.
  • After Shipment: If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery or follow the return process upon receipt. Please note that any fees incurred to intercept or return the shipment will be deducted from your refund.

  •  We recommend using a trackable shipping service for your return, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit back to us.
