1. Shipping Destinations

We offer worldwide shipping. However, due to factors such as oversized dimensions or restrictive international customs policies, shipments to certain locations may occasionally be unavailable.

  • Our Process: Upon receiving your order, we will confirm shipping availability with our logistics partners within one week.
  • If Unavailable: In the rare event that we are unable to ship to your address, we will promptly notify you and process a full refund.

Customs & Import Duties: international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country's regulations. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are payable by the recipient upon delivery.

 

2. Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected.

  • For the United States: Orders typically arrive within 7-10 business days after shipment.
  • Order Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email shortly after checkout. (Please check your spam folder if you do not see it.)
  • Order Processing: Please allow up to 7 business days for us to carefully prepare your artwork for shipment.
  • Shipment Notification: Once your order ships, you will receive a separate email with your tracking number.

 

3. Damaged Items

We take great care in packaging your art to ensure it arrives safely. In the unlikely event that your order is damaged during transit:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Include photos of the damaged product and all packaging materials.
  • We will evaluate the situation and arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

 

4. Rush Orders

Need your order faster? We can help expedite the processing stage.

  • How to Request: Please leave a note in the "Order Notes" section at checkout requesting a rush order.
  • What We Do: We will prioritize the preparation of your items, aiming to reduce the standard processing time.

Important Note: While we can expedite our handling, the actual transit time with the carrier is beyond our control. For time-sensitive needs, we highly recommend placing your order as early as possible.
